change / cancel order policy

We will dispatch orders within the next business day. If you would need to change / cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order is being packed or dispatched, no change / cancellation will be accepted.

 

Change Order

For any changes on ordered item or delivery address, a HK$30 administration fee will be charged for each change. And the estimated delivery date will be affected.

Cancel Order

For an order cancellation, you will need to submit the request with your Order Number specified. We will reply you a notification email to confirm the order cancellation. Refund will be issued to the same account holder through PayPal within 30 days.
