Free Shipping and Charges
HONG KONG: We offers free shipping throughout Hong Kong for online purchases worth HKD 500 and above. Shipping charges cost HKD 40 for orders below HKD 500.
MACAU & CHINA: We offers free shipping for online purchases worth HKD 1,500 and above. Shipping charges cost HKD 100 for orders below HKD 1,500.
SF Lockers (Hong Kong Only)
Order can be delivered to SF Lockers selected by customer at checkout.
The shipment will be ready in 1 - 2 working days upon payment confirmation. This might be vary depending on stock availability.
The shipment must be picked up the shipment within 24 hours of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline directly at 2730 0273.
Delivery Process and Lead Time
HONG KONG: Items will be delivered between 2-5 business days from date of purchase.
MACAU & CHINA: Items will be delivered between 3-10 business days from date of purchase.
*Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.
