30-days Goods Returns

You may return products sold by dermalogica Hong Kong webstore within 30 days after our deliver out date, and upon pre-approval of Dermalogica Hong Kong webstore. We do not accept returns of the below non-returnable products.

Non-returnable Products:

1. Any product that is returned not within 30 days after the deliver out date.

2. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its wrap or box).

3. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

4. Any promotion products that has already stated non-returnable.

In case of dispute, Dermalogica Hong Kong webstore reserves the right of final decision.

Exchange Policy

We DO offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. And the returned products must not be opened or used.

We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

Refund Policy

Before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. And we do not provide refund to any non-returnable products (as stated in above).

Full refund will be provided only in case of damaged or incorrect product. Otherwise, we will charge delivery fee and administration fee HK$30 for every refund request.

Refund will be issued to the same account holder within 30 days.

Undeliverable Order

For any undeliverable orders because of incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax, refuse to provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, administration fee HK$30 and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

We can arrange re-delivery for the returned product. However, a re-shipping fee of HK$40 / will be charged per parcel (<1kg).

Remarks: Delivery service not applicable to islands area (including Discovery Bay & Ma Wan).
